What this policy covers

This policy covers information collected through this website. Information collected in the course of your care as a patient is governed separately by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which you receive and acknowledge at your first visit, and by applicable federal and Florida health-privacy law. Where the two differ, the Notice of Privacy Practices controls for protected health information.

What we collect through this website

  • What you submit. Your name, email address, telephone number, the treatment area you selected, the times you told us suit you, and anything you wrote in the message field.
  • Newsletter sign-ups. Your email address, if you choose to give it.
  • Basic technical data. Standard web-server records—IP address, browser type, the page you were on, and the date and time—retained for security and to keep the site working.

Please do not send us detailed medical information through this website. The contact form is not a secure clinical channel. We take your history properly and privately at your consultation.

Why we use it

Solely to respond to you: to answer your question, arrange your appointment, and follow up on that request. If you asked to join the newsletter, we also use your email to send occasional practice updates.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your information. Not to anyone, for any price.
  • We do not rent, trade or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
  • We do not publish your photographs, your name or your results without your specific, separate written permission—and declining changes nothing about the care you receive.

Who else can see it

Only the people and services needed to deliver what you asked for: practice staff, and the service providers who host this website, deliver our email and store our records under confidentiality obligations. We also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses only what it needs to function. Your treatment-selector answers are held in your own browser's session storage so the contact form can pre-fill your area of interest; they are cleared when you close the tab and are never transmitted unless you submit the form. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this section will be updated before they go live.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record, then deleted. Patient records are retained for the period required by Florida law, which is longer and is governed by the Notice of Privacy Practices rather than this policy.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete a website inquiry, or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us directly. Rights concerning your medical record are described in the Notice of Privacy Practices.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection and access to submitted inquiries is restricted to authorized practice personnel. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is exactly why we ask you not to send clinical detail through the form.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through this site.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised date.
